I photograph weddings

in a way that feels both intentional and unobtrusive—capturing the full experience of the day without forcing moments or over-directing. Based in Charleston, I work with couples planning weddings across the Lowcountry and destination locations, from historic estates and waterfront venues to private clubs and coastal resorts. The goal is always the same: create images that feel natural, consistent, and true to the setting.

Coastal venues and barrier islands, Private estates and plantation properties, Luxury resorts and destination locations, Historic downtown venues

Each location brings a different set of conditions—light, landscape, and structure—which all play a role in how the day is documented.

Approach

My approach is straightforward: stay aware, anticipate moments, and keep things moving without interrupting the flow of the day. I give direction when it’s needed, but most of the time I’m observing and adjusting in real time. This allows the day to unfold naturally while still producing images that feel polished and consistent.
