Well, I’m just getting around to posting some of the shots from my day of R&R (rest and relaxation for the lay-person) in St. Lucia two weeks ago. I spent most of my time in the water but I did snap a few shots of the island.
What an incredible trip. Weddings are always a great celebration but it’s not every day you get to shoot a wedding on a tropical island in the middle of winter. thanks to tom and allison for getting me out of the cold for a few great days. they are an awesome couple and their love for eachother is pretty moving. they both cried throughout the entire ceremony! it’s definitely inspiring to meet such ‘real’ people.

I just got back from Tom and Allison’s incredible wedding in the Virgin Islands on BEAUTIFUL St. Lucia. Here are a couple of the photos from the party the night before the wedding. Drinks on the roof of Jade Mountain Resort (breathtaking) which overlooked the Carribean, a tropical rainforest, an amazing sunset, and two mountains that St. Lucia is known for; the “Pitons”.

Just another sunset on a tropical island in paradise. pretty standard stuff. 
I finally got a chance to do some close-ups of my family. I haven’t shot the folks yet but I’ll post some of the shots of my little brothers and my one sister. Here’s Paul. He’s an awesome keyboardist, guitarist, song-writer, and a student at UGA and he’s been my brother for 19 years.
I just got back from visiting Sarah in Michigan. We didn’t take many pictures but we did snap these few one afternoon as the sun was setting. This was actually in a dirty, puddle-ridden lot behind an outlet mall. A little more proof that you can find something beautiful just about anywhere.
